Welcome to the Lüderitz Blue School

We are an international private school offering a world renowned curriculum in the unique environment of Lüderitz, Namibia - where the ocean meets the desert.

We are a proud Blue School and bring the ocean into the classroom through our tailor-made Marine and Maritime Studies subject. Ocean education is also embedded into our extracurricular programme and our school ethos.

We believe that some of the most important lessons happen outside the classroom. Blue School students hone their skills in a wide range of clubs and extra-curricular activities covering everything from sport to robotics, surfing and sailing.

Our goal is to open possibilities and opportunities for as many children as possible. We therefore offer fully-paid scholarship places to children in Lüderitz allowing as many young people as possible to access a top-quality education regardless of their background.

We make use of our amazing location through camping trips, sailing, beach excursions, and other enriching outdoor activities.
